For a long time we were heads-down: building products for customers, fixing pipelines at 2 AM, hiring, and shipping. We didn't write much. The work was the writing.
That worked when we were a consultancy. It doesn't work anymore.
This year we're spending more of our time on products of our own: agri.bot, fullmeals.com, tinytreks.co, mockrounds.com, drnotesapp.com, and quto.dev. Six products, all in market, each with its own audience and its own set of decisions to make every day.
When you do that kind of work, you learn things. About users. About distribution. About how AI actually behaves in production. About what to build next, and just as importantly, what to put down.
This blog is where we'll write those things down.
A few things you can expect here:
- Stories about how each product came to be, what worked, what didn't.
- Engineering notes from running infrastructure for ourselves and our customers, things like AWS cost optimization, observability, reliability.
- Opinions about AI, products, and the craft of building software, when we have one worth sharing.
We won't post on a schedule. We'll post when there's something worth saying.
Thanks for reading. If you want to tell us we're wrong, or right, or want to build something together, we're at contact@adhish.in.
This piece was written by the Adhish team. We build small, sharp products that solve real problems. If this resonated, come say hello or browse what we've built.
